SD cards are memory cards that you mainly use in photo cameras. When it comes to SD cards, it's important to note the different classes. A class 6 SD card is fast enough for an entry-level photo camera, but you'll need a class 10 card if you want to record in 4K quality with an SLR or mirrorless camera, for example. You can find which types of memory cards your device supports in your device's manual.
