The grinder is easy to adjust in grinding degree and volume. If there is a spill, it stays on the removable grid. Dosage is sensitive to adjustment. Setting the grinding degree and dosage for the first time does take quite a few grinds. My advice is to start the dosage at about 1/4 lonksom and the grinding degree fully clockwise (closed) and then about 4 ticks back anti-clockwise.
