Manufacturer Samsung has divided the printing unit in its laser printers into two parts, namely a toner cartridge and a drum unit. This has the advantage that you do not lose a lot of money if één of the two runs out. You only replace the empty element for this Samsung CLT-R407 drum unit. This drum is identical to the one supplied with your Samsung laser printer and involves an average of 24,000 A4 pages black and 6,000 A4 pages color when using 1 page per task.

I needed a replacement for my old drum unit. The prints and copies became less good, even though there was still enough toner in them. Hence the purchase. Now installed, prints and copies back fine and clear!!

Printers are useful devices; however, they devour ink, paper, and...? I thought it ended here. Suddenly my device gave me a "cryptic" description: have your image processing unit ready !!! As a layman to the point, I do what my device tells me rather than act contrary to it. Speed, efficiency, accuracy and accessibility ... were therefore required. Luckily I found all these at Cool Blue. I stayed cool in the situation and didn't get beat up, thanks to you! Everything is installed in an instant; the near future seems assured in the printer field! thank you

Suddenly the laser printer Samsung CLP-2312 gave a difficult to understand description: have your image processing unit ready. Since then, the drum has been replaced and the same quality of color printing has never been achieved again. The color laser printer was even taken in hand by a "Samsung Printer Diagnostics" program to no avail. Old drum has type CLT-R407 while the new drum has CLT-R407/SEE. Why is that color quality of the prints lost? All four toners are checked by the device and yet the color print is now bad, not worthy of Samsung. Black and white print is always perfect.
Would like to receive a drum unit and I would pay for it when the color print is good again. Would also send the last drum unit back in the new box.
