The Vanguard Alta pro is a very sturdy tripod. After a lot of research work and questions from other people with knowledge, this tripod was strongly recommended to me.

I find it practical that there is some kind of foam material around the legs at the top, so that the tripod is more pleasant to hold (even in cold temperatures). There is a rubber knob at the bottom of the legs, but you can also turn it up to reveal metal pins. This makes it easier to use on a soft surface. Also provides more strength and stability.

A big plus for me is the headset at the top. All positions and angles are possible, using them is extremely convenient. The tripod is also perfect for photographing a panorama.

The included bag ensures that I can take the tripod with me everywhere.
