The oven will immediately cool down as soon as the set time has elapsed. So if I bake a cake and set 60 minutes of baking time, and those are over, the oven starts cooling immediately, while I may want to add a few more minutes because I'm not happy with the baking result. But then the oven is already sucking out heat, very disturbing, because now I have to make sure I'm right at the oven as soon as it expires, then I press preheat and that way the temperature is maintained - if I'm fast enough. And if you can immediately press STOP so that it stops cooling, but no, that is of no use, the cooling process just continues. Why, Sharp? This is really a design flaw, I can't explain it any other way, and it's a reason not to buy this device, I wouldn't buy it again.

Sometimes the oven (oven function) gets a little wet inside, especially if you use two baking trays and roast vegetables. Condensation will then form on the door and in the oven itself.
