According to our shredder expert
The chipper works with a plate and a roller mill that compress and then shred the garden waste.
You can easily shred branches with a thickness of up to 45 millimeters.
The shredded garden waste is collected in the 53-liter container.
You'll always need an extension cord.
Getting rid of garden waste is made easy by the Bosch AXT 25 TC Chipper. This 2,500-watt chipper works using a plate and a roller mill that compress your garden waste to a thickness of 45 millimeters and then shred it. It only works if you connect the 53-liter container, so the cutting area is always shielded for safety. The system of the chipper works by pulling the garden waste in. That makes it possible to process 230 kilograms per hour. Thanks to the AXT 25 TC, you'll have a quick way to get rid of your garden waste.

Quite quiet compared to other products on the market. Simple and logical to operate. Little chance of blockages. Chopped material sometimes remains under the opening so that the container cannot be completely filled. Convenient to store away. Material that is too fine is sometimes not chopped and continues like this.

The AXT 25TC does what it's supposed to do: it chops branches up to 4.5 cm thick into neat slices and does it with little noise. If I had to improve something I would widen the wheelbase a bit. Then the device would be a little more stable when you move it over uneven terrain.

Great machine! Finally able to clean up the forest thoroughly. Being able to process mountains of prunings for 2 days without turning pink. The AXT 25 TC nibbles, and nibbles, and nibbles branch after branch, after branch without a single hitch. That was different with my Alko with blade disc: there I spent more time troubleshooting than working.
