The Jaybird Freedom is of excellent quality and worth the price in my opinion. The sound is great, the design is very compact (no clunky things sticking out of your ear like other headsets) and I've had no problems with the battery life. With normal use I can get through the day. The battery is easy to charge. Finally, you get a lot of accessories with it. The Jaybird Freedom is in my opinion the best bluetooth headset available at the moment.
It is a fairly fragile device, so caution is advised. After 4 months a volume button started to get stuck on me and the power light stayed on permanently. I was sure this wasn't my fault, I hadn't done anything crazy with it. I feared no more warranty, but I contacted Coolblue anyway. A day later I was able to send the headset in and within 2 weeks I had a completely new one. I couldn't be happier. An incredibly big plus for Coolblue!
