"Good sound over Bluetooth"

By Christopher Siddharthar on 26 December 2018

  • Pros:
    Clarity of Sound
  • Pros:
    Feels light while wearing
  • Pros:
    Fast Connectivity
  • Pros:
    APTX
  • Pros:
    Similar sound when wired too
  • Con:
Needs pairing removed to connect to a new device
  • Con:
    Steps for repairing is cumbersome
  • Con:
    Might need slight burn-in
  • Con:
User guide packed with the box lacking all instructions
  • Con:
A propreitary 2.5mm cable that's not available otherwise

A great sounding Bluetooth headphone that sound similar in wired mode too. That probably shows the quality of materials Sennheiser used in this pair of cans.

The biggest selling point is the sound clarity over mid and high notes. The sound stage is almost perfect for such closed back cans. Sub bass makes the thump! The sound signature is not tiring and enables the listener for an extended period of listening.

The cans might need some initial burn-in for them to open up. But once done, they might become as the 'go to' for fun listening of music. Most people might appreciate the quality of sound produced.

The comfort is good for extended period of wearing. Good soft pads and over all light in weight.

Has APTx and that's good for listening lossless formats over Bluetooth. Need a compatible transmitter though.

The ability to pair multiple devices is still to be figured out, as the cans seems to pair with one device at any given time. Need to unpair the existing device to pair a new one and the process is cumbersome. Both the Multi-function key and the power key must be long pressed for forgetting the existing and making the cans available for pairing again.

The given user guide is not complete and lacks the above information. One might need to download the more elaborate guide available at Sennheiser's website to perform these functions.

The cable for wired mode, is propriety and unavailable for stocking as a spare. The given cable quality is not good and might give up during regular use.

But given the sound produced, these handiwork required for pairing and the cable quality can be overlooked. Sennheiser has really put together some work in bringing these cans, that can help you to appreciate good music without fatiguing you over long hours of listening. If you want to try them, be sure to give sometime for burning-in before making a decision.

"As mentioned previously: best ecperience so far."

By Aleksejs Smorigo on 2 June 2019

  • Pros:
    Wireless
  • Pros:
    Ergonomic
  • Pros:
    Long battery life
  • Pros:
    Foldable
  • Pros:
    Light weight
  • Con:
Some additional noise while speaking via skype

Best headfones so far, have a very positive experience with them, listening music all the time, while cycling, doing dishes, cooking, exercising, even when just want to watch a movie and not to bother other around, just pare them with pc or tv and enjoy the time.

"Great cost-benefit"

By Daniel B Costa on 27 December 2018

  • Pros:
    Battery life
  • Pros:
    Great sound
  • Con:
    Product bag is low quality

I think this is a winner in cost-benefit rate, as it has a professional-like sound and costs lower than a so-called professional one. I really loved battery time!
