I have been using this device for over a month now. My old installation was due for an update and this seemed like a nice combination with the Sony UBP-X800 BluRay player.
The installation itself went quite smoothly. Of course you have to connect some cables and occasionally take the booklet with it, but nothing insurmountable.

I myself have a simple stereo with 2 x 2 decent speakers in two adjacent rooms, so I wanted a receiver with A and B speakers. That also works without any problems. You can also listen to different sources with this device in two rooms.
You get more than enough HDMI and audio connectivity for a CD player, AppleTV, an old iPod, or… You can also connect via Bluetooth or WiFi. Please note, it is not possible to connect a record player to this device.
Via WiFi you can immediately stream from Spotify or other audio services. Via Bluetooth you can send sound to your headphones or you can connect your receiver to your Smartphone. From there you can stream smoothly from any app or use the remote control app to control your receiver. With Bluetooth you have to choose whether you send or receive.
Radio remains important to me on a receiver, and I found this instrument a bit less. On my old device I still had a connection to connect it to the cable from Telenet. When you watch TV, that is not really necessary, you can easily arrange everything with the well-arranged remote control and your TV. If you only want to listen to music, you sometimes miss an extra button on the device. For example, you cannot turn the speakers in the second room on or off with one button, but you have to combine them anyway. If you want to adjust the volume in room B, three actions are quickly required and that is just a bit of a hassle.
The Bluetooth remote on my iPhone is simple and would be perfect if it connected automatically every time.
