According to our Cooktop expert
Use the flexible cooking zone(s) as a single, large zone or 2 separate zones.
The hob is also suitable for roasting trays and elongated pans thanks to the roasting zone.
With an average preparation quality you have more options for preparing dishes.
The cooking zones don't automatically switch off when your pan overflows.
The Samsung NZ64K5747BK induction cooktop has an oblong cooking zone for large pots and pans. This allows you to use roasting trays to cook meat, fish, and vegetables. With the touch control, you can easily choose the right power for cooking. The cooking zone can also be used as 2 separate zones, so you can use a total of 4 pans at the same time. Are your guests a little later, but is the food already done? That is not a problem with this Samsung cooktop. Simply switch on the Keep Warm function and you can still serve the food warm later.
Note: the required 5-pin Perilex connector is not included. Make sure to order it separately. The connector has to be connected to the cooktop by an electrician, because the connector of each outlet is different.

Connecting to 2 phases was a breeze, cooking it too. Zones react super fast both up and down. The boost function is a godsend. Great that you can set separate timers for each zone. Cleaning the plate is super fast compared to my old gas hob.

Switched from ceramic to induction. Big improvement. With the power boost function, half a liter of water boils within 1:10 min. With ceramic you were soon 5 minutes further. Even with large amounts of water you can see that heat is formed quickly.
It takes some getting used to cooking. With the 15 settings per pit, it's just a matter of researching which dish you use at which setting. There is an overview in the user manual, that certainly helps.
Clear icons that all appear in the manual. It is also nice that it has pan detection, for example, so you can see and hear if an unsuitable pan is placed on it.

Works well. No weird noises. It is also very nice that you can switch off the sound completely. If you don't do this, the sound will be quite loud. Not necessary for the person who cooks. But moms and dads definitely hear when the little ones are on the record when they're elsewhere. Good additional warning. Apart from that, you also have the standard child lock.
