According to our vacuum expert
With a noise level of 58 decibels, this vacuum is relatively silent.
The included parquet brush protects your hard floor against scratches.
The vacuum is made from recycled plastic, so it's very environmentally friendly.
Does not contain a turbo brush, so it is less easy to clean animal hairs or coarse carpets.
The vacuum cleaner has no storage compartment for the small accessories.
With a noise level of 58 decibels, the AEG VX8-4-ECO is unlikely to annoy anyone. Are the kids sleeping, is your flatmate watching TV? Or is someone on the phone? This vacuum is quiet, so you won't have to stop what you're doing. Additionally, it's made entirely of recycled material, as part of an effort by AEG to decrease the 'plastic soup' in our oceans. This vacuum comes with a multi-surface brush and a parquet brush. The multi-surface brush can be used on both hard flooring and low-pile carpet, and the parquet brush was specially developed for wood flooring. With this vacuum, you won't just make yourself happier, or the people you share your home with, but you'll also be helping out the environment.
After 3 months of use.
For the display you see 3 options in the drawing: items 17, 18 and 19. The same goes for the handles: 3 pieces items 20, 21 and 22 and for the mouthpieces: items 23 to 26. This box contained a vacuum cleaner with display 17, handle 21 and nozzles 23 and 26. However, it cannot be verified whether this is correct.
I only discovered the possibilities of item 12 after a few months of use when the brush accidentally opened. Then I understood what was meant in the manual. Before that I missed a crevice mouthpiece and a upholstery mouthpiece. Note: I have taken pictures of the 3 different options but the "+Add image" in the review does not work: every time the text comes up: "Oops, something went wrong while adding your image. Please try again or continue without using an image."

It is really a pleasure how quiet this vacuum cleaner is. When you use it at full power, it is already quiet, at half power you sometimes wonder whether it is still on.
The only sound you will hear is the squeegee sliding back and forth on the floor.
In general, we are very satisfied with the technical aspects and the air filter.
The cord is really long, in total with vacuum cleaner and hose you can go up to 12 meters from a socket.
