GreenPan Torino Ceramic Wok 28cm

Useless pans. I assumed I could do with these pans for a long time without dirty sticks, easier to clean, and above all a more durable non-stick "layer". However, this is quite disappointing in practice. We have been using the pans for a year now, but after only a few uses, the food baked on, which has apparently affected the layer. Cannot be easily removed with any sponge, and the pan appears to be permanently damaged ("baked on"). Frying an egg is a drama. We never put the pans in the dishwasher, always wash them by hand (just a brush or a soft sponge - no scouring pad), but alas. I wouldn't buy GreenPan again.

Received this set 3 weeks ago for my birthday because I started living on my own. I really enjoy cooking but didn't have the budget for a 'proper pan' so I was really happy with this gift. So glad I decided to write a review. The first impression was good, once a different color (Blue with sparkles in the paint) and it feels quite solid. I actually didn't know the GreenPan and I understand that this is a 'Ceramic non-stick coating'. It strikes me enormously that the pan heats up quickly and is ready for use. He does it very well, and does what he has to do. I have induction in my apartment and it works perfectly. In general I am very satisfied :) Go GreenPan!!

Great pan, not too expensive and handy. Unfortunately, after a few months of normal use, the non-stick coating loses all its effectiveness. My pancakes are already baking enormously, while this was not the case in the beginning (and with the Tefal pan that we had not had in years).
