The power-saving function puts a port in standby when it is not in use. Unfortunately it takes too long to get out of this standby mode. This ensures that a vpn connection times out after a while, to prevent you from disconnecting you have to reactivate the port by looking up something on the internet or something. Really super annoying, I regret my purchase so much because I will probably disconnect this switch and no longer use it. Tried a firmware update and first time switch was bricked (despite following tplink manual). Fortunately, I received a new device from coolblue, so their service is good.

Our digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our network switch expert
Many wired devices: with 16 Ethernet ports, you can connect 15 devices to the internet with a wired connection.
Easy to connect: this switch isn't managed, so you can easily connect it with little technical knowledge.
Less unnecessary data traffic: with IGMP snooping, you’ll have less trouble from unnecessary data traffic that slows down your network.
No extra network features: because this switch isn't a managed switch, you can't set up extra functions for your network.
No PoE: because this switch doesn't have PoE, you'll connect at least 2 cables during the installation.
