I don't have a built-in oven in my new house, and I was looking for an oven that is large enough and works the same as a built-in oven. Now a month later I think this oven is ideal!! A roasting bag with chicken fits in it, which I like so much, a large oven dish think of lasagna for 4 to 5 people and cakes are ideal for baking here, no problems at all, and if you like chicken on a skewer that turns around just like a butcher this does it really perfect!! I recommend this to everyone if you don't have a choice for a built-in oven, and you can easily store it so no mess on your countertop. I am totally happy with it!!

We like this convection oven very much because it is made of solid material and you notice that immediately. The buttons, the door, everything comes across as robust. The operation is simple but good (5 settings can be used at a temperature that you can set yourself), the heat is nicely distributed over the oven and everything is heated fairly evenly. It took a while to find the right temperature by means of the temperature knob. The temperature indications are 90°, 120°, 170°, 210° and 230°C. The maximum temperature that we could measure was 243°C (with laboratory thermometer) at the set position of 230°C and heating this after 8 minutes, which is very fast thanks to a power of 2000 watts. We have already prepared various casseroles and dough dishes and all are going well, the fan ensures a good, even heat distribution and with gratins for a reasonable, even coloring.

Downsides are:

Unfortunately, there is no point on the spit, so you have to use quite a bit of pushing and drilling for a solid chunk of meat before you get through.
With chicken on a spit, care must be taken not to compress it too much, the chicken can touch the upper heating elements and therefore it is not possible to prepare 2 fat chickens together.
