very occasionally printed sheets come out of the printer
print jobs are put on hold indefinitely

Never experienced this before: the print jobs usually remain 'hanging' for fifteen minutes, but sometimes for up to an hour. If you want to print three pages, a sheet comes out every five minutes, which is inimitable. Often the printer does not work at all, it is then not possible to connect.
