After long doubting between 2 X sonos play 5 or this kef lsx I am very happy that I finally went for the kef lsx on the advice of some hi-fi / audio experts. What a beautiful high end product with superior sound. These speakers fill my 32 square meter living room with a beautifully clear and warm lively hi-fi stereo sound. Hard to believe that this sound comes from such small speakers , even the basses are quite present . And for the extreme bass lovers there is a connection for an active subwoofer. But I'm personally satisfied enough with the performance without the sub. I am also very happy about the many playback options. AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth are my favorites . The finish is simply beautiful, the uni-q driver characteristic of kef, textile finish from the Danish textile manufacturer kvadrat, and the design by industrial designer Michael Young complete the picture and make this pair of active loudspeakers a real feast for both ear and eye. The only negative I sometimes hear from some people is the 2 different Apps needed. 1 for sound tuning and 1 for streaming. But for me this is not a problem because I always stream via AirPlay 2 and I personally find it more pleasant to work with the standard stream app and once the sound is properly adjusted I no longer use it. In short, people who doubt what the best wireless speakers are and also look good to me, there is no better one than the kef lsx and its extra cost compared to sonos play 5 more than worth the kef lsx is still a class in both sound and finish higher if you ask me.
