Product Expert mobile phones

The Motorola Moto G7 Play is a great phone for everyday use. For example, the device has a battery that easily reaches the end of the day without having to recharge. You can also take great photos with the 13-megapixel camera. The placement of the camera on the back (in a circle with the flash) gives the Moto G7 Play a characteristic appearance. A fingerprint scanner is processed under the camera. This way, you can unlock your phone quickly and safely. View your photos and videos on the 5.7-inch HD screen. Thanks to the 32GB memory, you have enough space for apps, music, and photos. Need more space? With a memory card, you can expand the storage to 256GB.

"Great budget phone"

  • Pros:
    (mostly) stock Android
  • Pros:
battery life is better than expected
  • Pros:
    screen quality
  • Con:
fingerprint scanner on the back needs getting used to
  • Con:
USB-C cable it comes with too short to be practical
  • Con:
    call quality not outstanding

I got this phone to replace a previous model of Moto G, and so far I have been delighted with this device. Despite its two gigs of RAM all apps feel snappy and fast. The screen is crisp and clear, and with Motorola's habit of not adding much of their own apps keeps the UI focused and clean. I get a decent grip on the back of the device, and an 8-hour work day leaves me with 80% battery. I'm very pleased with this device, would recommend.

Drawbacks are the charging cable, you will want a plug close or a different cable, and call quality, which is a little below average.
