According to our tripod expert
You can take the tripod with you on your travels thanks to the 67cm length when it's folded.
The maximum 2.5kg camera weight capacity makes the tripod suitable for heavier camera and lens combinations.
Because you can adjust the legs separately, you can level the tripod on uneven surfaces.
The tripod doesn't have a removable central column to take photos closer to the ground.
The Cullmann Alpha 2500 is a suitable travel companion. Thanks to the folded 67cm length, you can easily take this tripod with you on a hike in your hiking backpack. This is useful if you want to take a picture of your tent between the mountains and the starry sky. The tripod is suitable for smartphones, camcorders, compact cameras, mirrorless cameras, and SLR cameras. Because of the maximum 2.5kg camera weight capacity, you can also put heavier camera and lens combinations on the tripod. The maximum working height is 165cm. You can set the length of the tripod continuously and set the leg height separately. This way, you can level the tripod on uneven surfaces. You can check if the tripod is level with the built-in spirit level.

I like it very much. I always take pictures with it for social media and it is really perfect!

I was looking for a tripod that I could mainly use for my SLR camera, but that still had a 'mobile phone piece' with it because you hardly find that separately. Many tripods that came with this were only suitable for the telephone. This also for a real camera! Very stable and has a handy handle

This tripod is great value for money. Easy to operate, quick to carry, easy to set up. Only consideration: the supplied piece for smartphone is a bit narrow. I have another old-generation smartphone that's a bit smaller, but I suspect the current, wider smartphones won't fit in it.
