According to our mobile phone expert
The 48-megapixel pop-up camera takes good pictures and gives your device a unique, fin-like appearance.
Store all your photos, music, and apps on the 256GB memory.
Your battery will be charged in no time, thanks to VOOC Flash Charge.
The OPPO Reno doesn't have a telephoto lens with 10x zoom. Only the OPPO Reno 10x Zoom has that.
The OPPO Reno stands out thanks to the shark fin camera. This camera pops up whenever you want to take a selfie. The camera automatically folds in when you drop your OPPO, preventing the mechanism from becoming shark bait. The camera is folded in by default, so you can enjoy a virtually bezel-less, full HD, 6.4-inch screen. This screen also contains the fingerprint scanner. The 48-megapixel rear camera lets you take sharp pictures. The second camera also allows you to create a nice bokeh effect. You can store all your photos on the large 256GB memory. Need to leave soon while your battery's almost empty? Thanks to VOOC Flash Charge, the large 3600mAh battery will be about 60% charged in half an hour.
When I opened the box I was already blown away. The oppo design is really great. Comes with a nice oppo case and screen protector which I'm happy with as I can't buy anything like this anywhere else unfortunately (not even on ali express).
The phone is nice and fast what I really needed and the storage too. 256GB and 6GB RAM. My downside is mainly the CPU, because the Oppo is not so well known here in Europe, I thought that Oppo, just like how OnePlus used to be, the best stuff in a phone for a very low price. But otherwise you really can't complain about the phone. price/quality ratio is good. There is a top GPU for games in the phone that is almost matchable as the high-end flagship devices. That annoying selfie camera is nicely stored, so a nice and large super sharp screen. Charging time is about 1 hour from 0 to 100% by the vooc Oppo fast charging service.
Conclusion: No regrets so far and I definitely recommend it. You have a future in your hands. Hope this one lasts a long time.
