After 2 weeks of using this oven well, I can say that it has met my expectations so far. It is a Miele oven so I expect quality. The oven is easy to operate with retractable rotary knobs. You can easily set the timer functions with a touch display. I really like the kitchen timer. It gives a soft signal when the time is up. This oven is really easy and quick to clean. After cooling, wipe a damp cloth over the baking tray and the inside of the oven. No burnt food on the edges. The back wall is made of somewhat rougher material, but some food residues may remain on it. Only one baking tray and one grid is included. I don't think that's much for such a large oven. It's a big plate! You can slide the plates in the oven on 5 different levels. Unfortunately, there are no rails with wheels built in.
