Excellent addition to my AVM 7590, which was limited by the awkward position in the meter box. The router did not pair well with my previous mesh from TP Link, so that was a big setback.
The AVM 3000 came out well in testing, especially in combination with our new 7590 router. Since we sometimes demand a lot from our network here (business), I was looking for certainty. This was the deciding factor to choose the AVM 3000 (even if it doesn't deserve the beauty prize, but that's taste). It is a bit big but you can still easily put it away somewhere.
We really wanted to connect wired for the best result and as little signal loss as possible. Despite IT experience, this took a bit more effort. Pairing using the WPS button to take over the WiFi data failed time and again. It wasn't until after the sixth attempt.
We are now running the maximum speed on location via both points without any loss of signal throughout the building. Where the 7590 sometimes fell short with the range, the 3000 repeater completely compensates for this.
The AVM app and online environment is also useful, which is significantly better and more user-friendly than many other brands. You see the simplicity, which is not disturbing but contributes to the user-friendliness.
In short, an absolute must buy if you already have other AVM products. And a tip: don't bother with powerline adapters, other routers or products from another brand (to save a few tens) but do it right and you'll be ready for the next 5 years. AVM is nice stuff (maybe not for grandma and grandpa at home) and works well with other AVM products.
