Description

The Inventum BV010 induction stove can be connected to 2 or 3 phases. Thanks to the power management function, you can set the maximum power of the cooking zone. You don't necessarily need a 3-phase connector. Every cooking zone has a timer that you can set independently. Boil down your teriyaki sauce for exactly 5 minutes, and boil your rice al dente in 8 minutes. All 4 cooking zones have a boost function that allows you to bring a pan with water to the boil extra quick. Taking the pan of the stove? The stove automatically switches off thanks to pan recognition.

Note: the required 5-pin Perilex connector is not included. Make sure to order it separately. The connector has to be connected to the cooktop by an electrician, because the connector of each outlet is different.

Space-saving all-rounder.

The hob brings a pan of potatoes to the boil at lightning speed.
This cooker is 11 centimeters narrower than its predecessor, so I can now store a 30L stainless steel pedal bin in the corner next to it.
In real life even more beautiful than in the factory photos.
Visible stains appear quite quickly on the stainless steel housing and hob.

Because most induction stoves require three-phase power, inductive cooking was out of reach for my studio home (2*230V) for a long time. Inventum finally meets this need with this relatively affordable induction stove: my apartment complex alone has about nine hundred homes with the same power connection.

In addition, Inventum succeeds in facilitating one large and three regular cooking zones at a width of only 49 centimetres: as a result, I can finally place a nice 30 liter stainless steel pedal bin in the corner next to the stove - outside the aisle and largely out of sight. .

The hob works very intuitively and is energy efficient. For those who like grilling but don't want to spend that much time there, the 'super grill' offers a solution. But you can also speed up the heating of the oven by means of the various hot air settings.

A small flaw is that when you pull out the storage drawer, you have to lift the drawer slightly. If you pull out the drawer in the usual way, it will drag across the floor. So I don't keep things that are too heavy.
