Because I didn't have WiFi at home, I opted for this bluetooth version and immediately purchased a wireless dimmer, so I can also operate the lamps without a phone. With the Hue Bluetooth App you can easily set all the colors of the rainbow, but it also has a separate option to change white's color temperature. You can control up to 10 lamps individually with it. If you have a Hue bridge, you get many more options, but I personally don't need them. And this summer I will take the lamps and dimmer to the campsite, then I can also enjoy the Hue bluetooth there!
