Even after contacting the HP helpdesk, who even took over the PC remotely, there was no solution to log in with Windows Hello. Every time I got the message that the camera was not compatible and HP couldn't solve this either. The second problem is the 3 USB ports on the device. One USB port in use for the mouse & keyboard receiver. If you plug something into the 2nd USB port in addition to this, the mouse and keyboard suddenly stop working. I have tried all options and the mouse and keyboard kept dropping out. Reason enough for me not to be satisfied and to return the device. Third problem is the video card which apparently failed to run even my old version of Pinnacle Studio without any problems.
