The locking mechanism of the dough hook, a transverse iron rod, has unfortunately disappeared quickly and now the entire device has to be returned... If you have less than 500 grams of flour in your dough, the hook will not grip properly. Works especially optimally with say a kilo of flour. Due to the kneading, the bowl is tightened in the device and then gets quite stuck, this is a disadvantage.
