very quiet

I have been using my first Miele washing machine for a few months now and I can only be positive about it. It is already a world of difference compared to my previous device (other brand) in all respects. The device is very quiet, we hardly hear it running anymore during the centrifuge. The convenience of automatic Twindos dosing is also great, no more thinking about whether you have to add a lot or little, the appliance does this all based on the entered program and will also make adjustments during the wash based on the weight and degree of soiling.

Furthermore, you can easily set up the device with the clear control panel and, in addition, you can also monitor everything with the app and you will receive notifications if something needs to be done (refill Twinos, for example).

Then you come home after a working day and it has already been running in the wash program for 8 hours. Unacceptable. Trying to update software via wifi, but you can't see the sw version and can't force an update, auto update doesn't report so there is no update? Further minuses are surmountable, but because the price is rather premium, they still bother me. For example: we regularly just want to rinse or spin something: then you first have to start the software by turning the button to other programs, scrolling through a whole list there, then choose, then confirm, then confirm again before start. That went a lot faster with our old machine :) Twindos is also not great: residual level gives 1x a warning "almost empty" but then you can wash about 2x. That message does not come back after that, so you have to think about it next time (or your partner who has never seen the message). Post it on it.. Furthermore, twindos has been getting more and more expensive lately. We will probably switch to adding detergent manually.
