Too much money for a malfunctioning vacuum cleaner

I bought this vacuum cleaner based on all the positive reviews and the recommendation from Coolblue itself. But after using the vacuum cleaner for 3 months, I have decided to look for another vacuum cleaner. I don't normally write negative reviews, but if I don't, there may be people after me who are just as disappointed in this product as I am. When I received the package, I was still happy with my purchase. Many different brushes, easy to put together. But I am now 3 months further and my wrist and each arch always hurt after using the vacuum cleaner, the vacuum cleaner regularly sucks itself to the floor and is difficult to regulate, often falls over, you are constantly changing brushes, it dust is pushed forward more than it ends up in the vacuum cleaner. I'm really busy 3x as long and it's not my hobby. It also doesn't really matter which brush you use, they all don't do what they're supposed to do. Except for one, the mini turbo brush, this is the only attachment that does what it should do, remove the hair from the cat basket. This is the only thing in the house right now that I can honestly say is clean. It has really been a bad buy and unfortunately my 30 day trial has also expired. It will be an expensive joke now that I have to buy another vacuum cleaner, but the annoyance of this vacuum cleaner malfunctioning is too great not to do it.
