Excellent screen for Office applications and many options for this money. Use it at my workplace so that I can connect the keyboard, mouse and screen for multiple computers (1 fixed PC, 4 laptops) with 1 cable. The sound also goes through the screen to the stereo speakers. This makes the desk a lot emptier and no more messing around with all the cables when you change laptops.
The USB-C does get a little crazy at times. If I connect my laptop with USB-C, the screen (and the connected peripherals) is only recognized when I briefly put the charger in my laptop. Then I can take it out again and the power delivery also works. I suspect that the power is just on the tight side and that he needs a kickstart or something. No reason to return it for this money.
Size 24 inch and resolution is fine for me, since I only use it for office. Haven't played games or edited video with it yet. I suspect that it is less suitable for that, but since I use those applications sporadically, there was no reason for me to buy a more expensive screen.
