According to our mobile phone expert
This iPhone is suitable for the new, fast 5G network.
You can watch movies and series in high quality on the sharp OLED screen.
This iPhone is smaller than the iPhone Xr / 11, and you can operate it with one hand just like the iPhone 7 / 8 / 11 Pro / 12 Pro.
With a refresh rate of 60 times per second, the screen is less smooth than that of comparable smartphones.
An adapter and earbuds aren't included by default and have to be purchased separately.
With the Apple iPhone 12 128GB Green, you can use the 5G network and you'll have a stable internet connection in crowded places. On the 128GB storage, you have enough space for your photos, videos, and apps. The black tones on this 6.1-inch screen are really black, thanks to the OLED technology. The back of the device is made of glass, so it's suitable for wireless charging. The aluminum sides have the angular design that we know from the iPad Pro. On the back of the device, you'll find a wide-angle lens and an ultra wide-angle lens. With that second camera, you can capture wide landscapes or large buildings. You can also do that in the evening in low light, thanks to Night mode. Thanks to the A14 Bionic chip and 4GB RAM, this device is a bit faster than its predecessors.
Note: an adapter and earbuds aren't included by default. Use your current accessories or purchase them separately.

With the Apple iPhone 12 I take detailed photos during a walk in the dark. On the 6.1 inch OLED screen I watch series and movies in vivid colors. Due to the glossy back, fingerprints are quickly visible.
User comfort Due to the larger 6.1-inch screen, the housing is slightly larger than I am used to with my 11 Pro. I find it difficult to operate the larger format with one hand with my relatively small hands. The flat sides mean that I have to find the right grip. After a week I'm used to the size and new design, but I prefer a smaller iPhone with rounded sides.
Clear OLED screen I enjoy watching series and movies on the 6.1-inch OLED screen. The quality of the screen has improved considerably compared to its predecessor. I can see that clearly when I place the iPhone 12 next to my partner's iPhone 11 (with LCD screen). The colors on the iPhone 12's screen are more vibrant and blacks are much more intense. You notice this because the black notch at the top of the screen is almost invisible against the black background of the screen.
Sharp photos in the dark The Apple iPhone 12 has an improved wide-angle lens that makes photos in the dark more beautiful. I tested that by taking exactly the same photo with the camera of my iPhone 11 Pro. What is striking is that the photo with iPhone 12 is slightly sharper. In addition, the iPhone 12's camera copes better in the dark with backlight from, for example, street lamps. I also think the ultra-wide-angle lens is a nice addition. I often use it when I walk through the city and want to take expansive photos of a building or the streetscape. I do miss a telephoto lens on this device to zoom in further without loss of quality.
No charger and earplugs I can't find any earplugs or a charger for the socket in the packaging. That is not a problem in my case. I have plenty of chargers at home and I use wireless earbuds that I easily connect to my iPhone 12. I can imagine that it is annoying for new iPhone users if you do not get all the accessories in the box.

Fast phone with the looks of the iPhone 4&5 era. Finally also support for 5G, although this does not work if 2 SIM cards are active. Fits comfortably in the hand and is relatively light for a high-end phone. Charging the battery has to be done with a separately ordered 20W USB-C charger, but I use an 18-watt USB-PD charger from the Pixel 3a for this. Charging is still much slower than my previous Android phone that could charge with 33W. At the end of the evening, the battery is empty with moderate use (maximum 5 hours of screen time). Photos look good and even evening photos are very useful.

So far I really like the product. It is easy to use, has a large screen, takes nice pictures and the screen resolution is very clear. The other additional specifications are also a plus! The price-quality ratio at CoolBlue is also really great! You get this device for 128 GB for about € 849. The same device, but in 64 GB, is also € 849 with the Amac. So choose wisely!
However, there are also a number of drawbacks. First of all, you have to pay a lot for such a device, especially if you are a student like me. My laptop recently broke down too, so you can imagine it's a very expensive joke. Especially in this corona period, which means I can work less. In addition, you will need to purchase a fast charger for this phone, just like 8-pin earphones, AirPods, or Bluetooth headphones, as there is no jack plug/input (as on the iPhone 6S). You should of course (financially) take this into account, especially if you upgrade from an older iPhone to this device.
