The first thing you notice is that this clearly feels like a business device: the case is fairly heavy, solid, and made for easy maintenance. Still, the cabinet is large enough to be able to expand considerably (hard disks, video card, optical drive) but at the same time significantly smaller than such a (clunky) full size tower. Then the internal expandability: The components are easily accessible (smart design), easy to expand (everything screwless) and all necessary cables are included. The computer turns out to be surprisingly quiet on start up, and although the computer is rated as 'moderate speed class': My experience is that it is a lot faster than my old computer, an older i7 (7700). The i7 10700 is a clear improvement. You won't hear me complaining about the speed. Admittedly, I'm not a gamer. I did make the necessary (planned) upgrades myself immediately upon arrival: With an extra budget of 400 euros, I removed the memory and replaced it with 4x 16Gb Kingston HyperX DDR4, a built-in HDD, and a DVD burner. Everything installed in fifteen minutes, no screw or extra cable needed. When starting up for the first time, it is striking how quiet this computer is (the cooling is quite well provided). Windows installs smoothly, and because this is a machine intended for business use, the amount of bloatware is not that bad. Actually, the hardware upgrade, the installation of windows, the installation of all my apps, and further configuration according to my user wishes, was done effortlessly and quickly. Almost boring as everything worked on the first try. I've known configurations that were harder to tame. Delivery at Coolblue (I live near Ghent, so I prefer to pick up my stuff myself): Always a hospitable and friendly reception, correct delivery of the stuff. And a guarantee that few stores offer. All in all, very satisfied with this wonderful computer.
