We have had an LG washing machine for 5 years with which we are very satisfied so far, so I expect something from this machine. I signed up because we recently moved into a house with a wooden beam floor. Since then we have suffered from vibrations: since this washing machine advertises its low noise level, we wanted to experience this specifically.
Let's start off that we would definitely recommend this washing machine.
The washing It holds a lot of laundry. Although our own washing machine fits 8 KG, it is clearly noticeable that it is even more spacious with its 9 KG. Large quantities can be washed clean with ease, and if desired within an hour. The cotton program weighs the laundry and determines how long and with how it should be washed. The programs are easy to select with the rotary knob and options such as steam can be added.
There are only a few of the standard programs where the drum may be filled to the maximum, so it is important to study the overview in the manual carefully.
All laundry comes out fresh, and with the highest spin speed - also quite dry.
The turbo mode can indeed be ready within 39 minutes, but you can also make adjustments and the default settings so that this can take a little shorter / longer.
The steam function is a nice extra and if you don't wash too much at the same time, the laundry will indeed come out less wrinkled. It's a feature we don't use often, but add every now and then.

The washing machine is very quiet. Our previous LG was not the loudest either, but clear steps forward have been made here. The washing machine is wonderfully quiet in its operation. Even with 9KG spinning at 1400, the noise production is really not that bad. Unfortunately for us, annoying vibrations in the floor are not a thing of the past. However, this will not have to do with this brand new washing machine itself, but with the floor itself, so I can't pay the washing machine on that. On a concrete floor you will notice nothing but the silence.
Wi-Fi I tried to connect the washing machine to my WiFi network via the LG ThinQ app. Apparently this does not work with a router with a 5ghz signal. That's why I haven't tried this feature. I can imagine that push notifications can offer a nice reminder. I find downloading extra programs less exciting because there are more than enough programs available.
