Product works fine. This is already our 3rd sonicare in the last 10 years, so they last about 5 years so far. This vibrates less vigorously but the teeth and gums feel similarly clean as before. The device is lighter than the previous models. The only drawback is that the plug has been cut back and there is now a USB connection. We just use the previous chargers, but keep this in mind.
