Versatile sander for more than just flat work

In general just perfect.
It is a bit heavier than my previous Makita.

I'm very happy with this sander. What I appreciate most is the open front roller, which allows me to sand concave edges and surfaces—not just flat areas. With my previous Makita, I had to modify this myself by simply cutting away the front part of the plastic housing with an angle grinder. Funnily enough, the designers at Stanley did the exact same thing here—it's like they saw my idea somewhere! :-)
