Description
With the Garmin Vivosmart 5 White S/M, you can keep a close eye on your health. This activity tracker measures your activities all day and when you sleep at night. After a night's sleep, you also get advice in the Garmin Connect app to improve your sleep. You can measure your steps, heart rate, Body Battery, respiration, calories, and stress level as well. Do you feel stressed? Do some breathing exercises with the watch. The Vivosmart 5 has built-in sports profiles for running, yoga, swimming, cardio exercises, and more. During outdoor activities, the incident detection is switched on. This sends your location and a message to your preset emergency contacts in case of a fall. You can wear the Garmin Vivosmart 5 all week long, because it has a 7-day battery life.
