According to our WiFi repeater expert
Stable on 5GHz: on the 5GHz band, you can watch a series without lag.
Mesh with your FRITZ!Box: you can connect this repeater to your FRITZ!Box router and set up a mesh network that way.
1 device wired online: you can connect 1 device to the internet with a cable thanks to the Ethernet port.
Shorter range on 5GHz: the 5GHz band has a shorter range, so your WiFi goes through thick walls less well.
No 6GHz band: a WiFi 6 WiFi repeater doesn't have a 6GHz band, so you don't get a separate channel for WiFi 6E devices.

My router in the meter cupboard near the front door works fine throughout the house. Even in the backyard - with the sliding door closed - I used to have a reasonable signal. Since HR ++ glazing has been installed, only signal with the front open. If closed, so no signal in the garden. This repeater is plugged into a socket in the room at the rear of the house. The signal is now closer and does pass through the HR++ glazing!
The disadvantage is indeed that you have to come up with something to use the adjacent toilet. Therefore a 230V splitter is used. Then he comes a little further forward,

Easy to install, I connected it myself to a FritzBox via a LAN cable (LAN bridge mode). With this I achieve a high WiFi speed. It's a pity that the device blocks a 2nd socket due to its size if present. As a result, you need a power strip to keep enough sockets for other things.

Easy installation as a bridge. Speed is beyond expectations. Great mesh network with Fritz!Box.
