Due to the sleek design and the cool color, the brush is one that stands out. What also stood out was the noise that is produced when brushing on the hardest setting. In addition, the tray in which you can store the brush when you travel is of cheap quality and fragile.

The different brushing programs ensure that you can brush properly to the desired result that you want to achieve. Whether this is whitening teeth or just a thorough brushing.

In the app you can also keep track of how many times your brush attachment remains good, as soon as it is worn, the app will indicate this and you can easily order new ones. The downside is that they are quite pricey.

The brush contains a pressure sensor. As soon as you are brushing too hard, the brush will let you know by means of a. another vibration.

After three weeks of brushing I am very satisfied and I also notice that there is more motivation to brush my teeth more often. Recommended if you also have to brush more from the dentist!

I have been using Philips electric toothbrushes for years and I am satisfied with their use: they clean well, are comfortable to hold and the service in case of problems is excellent. But what I notice time and again: after about one and a half to two years the brush clearly starts to wear out. More noise, play in the mechanism - as if the device is literally coming to the end of its life. And that happens surprisingly often just before or after the warranty expires.

What I really find a pity is that these brushes cannot be repaired. Everything is glued shut, parts cannot be replaced separately, and in case of problems you simply get a new one sent to you. Handy, but also frustrating: this system encourages throwing away instead of preserving.

I do not believe that it breaks on purpose, but that it is deliberately designed not to last longer than necessary. And in this day and age that is simply no longer appropriate.

I exchanged the first one under warranty because it broke quite quickly, and have been using the second one since December 2022 and that one is now broken too. And that's a shame because I loved this toothbrush
