Even softer tomatoes are still beautifully sliced with the slicing disc, for example, and the large feed tube is super handy to load in 1 go with a handful of large pieces of vegetables or fruit. After searching for weeks, I chose this machine mainly for its quiet motor, 30-year warranty and because the accessories don't take up too much space in my closet. I also thought it was important that you could buy separate parts, set your knife or your shell will break. The 3 different scales are very useful especially if you don't want to make too much. On the other hand, if you use the small bowl, it almost always happens that the medium bowl also gets a bit dirty… That's a shame, of course. Because my dishwasher does not have a 40-degree program, I also wash everything by hand every time. It is a small effort; everything washes off very easily. All in all, there is no perfect food processor (unfortunately!!!!) the Magimix is definitely a good choice, I am very happy with it!
