Bowers & Wilkins PX7 S2 Black

I've had these headphones for over a week now and I absolutely love them. The headphones come in a large, beautiful hard case. Here you will find the headphones + Usb C to USB C charging cable + Usb C to 3.5 mm jack adapter. What I personally find a pity is that there is no USB-C wall plug. A usb c to usb charging cable would also have been useful, as this is still the most common. Luckily I had it at home. The headphones remain comfortable on the head even after several hours of use and the quality can be seen and felt in the design. The extendable headband is easily adjustable. When it comes to sound, I always want the best. The sound quality of the Px7 S2 is therefore as you would expect from B&W. I have tried the headphones with different kinds of music, but especially with electronic music and hip-hop. In any style, the sound is great with high resolution. The bass is full and powerful but not too heavy, which is perfect for me. The call quality during calls is also excellent. The app works well and opens every time I turn on the headphones. To use this you have to be willing to create an account, which was no problem for me. You can set everything with this, such as standby time, but I think the most important are the sound functions. You can choose from ANC, Transparency mode or OFF. There is also an equalizer in the app, with which you can adjust the sound even better. Top! The most important thing I think is ANC., which works well. It doesn't remove all the ambient noise, but enough to provide a beautiful sound without an excess of noise.

I've been using these headphones for over a week now and I'm very impressed! The headphones look nice and, above all, are very comfortable. I wear glasses and regularly have the headphones on for several hours at a time, without causing any bottlenecks in my ears. The sound quality is very good (which is of course what you end up buying it for) and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the companion app offers integration for a number of streaming services with high quality audio (not Spotify). The noise canceling works fine, but for me it's nothing to write home about. What I find incredibly nice is that the headphones have physical buttons for operation. Coolblue describes this as a downside, but for me this is positive. You don't have to fiddle with a moderately reigning touchpad on the side of the headphones (such as the Sony WH1000-XM3) and the relief on the middle button means you can always quickly find the right button. The only bad thing about these headphones is the option to automatically pause when the headphones are removed from the head. I was very excited about this feature, but it works very poorly for me. Even with the lowest sensitivity, the music will pause regularly when you bend your head over. It also stops playing every few seconds when cycling through the rain (with hood). Very frustrating so I turned this off after a few days. All in all, despite the drawbacks mentioned above, I am very satisfied with the headphones. Especially the sound is great, and that's what really matters in the end.

After testing many different headphones, this one was the best; super good sound quality and you really don't hear any other sounds. Also feels nice on the ears.
