I bought this headset 3 years ago and am now going to have it replaced under warranty for the 5th (!!!) time. Coolblue is very helpful but this is really not okay. I always received a new product and new warranty from Coolblue quickly, so I am absolutely satisfied with their service. I can't give a score for the durability or build quality of a product so I give the lowest score everywhere. Because I'm tired of having to replace it all the time, I decided to just buy a different one, the Sony Inzone H5. Now I have to get it off my chest, I thought this Razer Barracuda X was a good device but my god is this one better in every way! Sound, ease of use, wearing comfort, this one is better in every way. So I really can't recommend this Razer. It's a shame because I'm always satisfied with Razer products except this one.
