Now a few weeks ago I made the decision to invest in this and I am pleasantly surprised. If I had known this I would have bought a pasta machine much sooner! With a few simple ingredients and the push of a button, the dough is formed and the pasta comes through the mold after 3 minutes. The only disadvantage is that the first dough is dry and therefore unusable. I quickly solve this by putting it back in the mixing container so that it can be processed again. Lasagna sheets, Penne, Spaghetti, it all comes out neatly. Can be cut to the length you want. Especially useful with the Lasagna sheets. I adjust it to the size of my bowl. There is little residual dough left in the device, which means there is virtually no waste. Cleaning is also no problem as many parts can simply be put in the dishwasher.
