The Bose Smart Ultra soundbar has many different sound reproductions and provides room-filling sound. Unfortunately, you can quickly see fingerprints and dust on the soundbar.

First impression I open the box and immediately see a shiny soundbar. I think this gives a modern look. I take it out of the box and find it a bit heavy. I grab it tightly and place it under the television. Unfortunately, I immediately see my fingerprints on the soundbar.

Installation Connecting to power and the television is easy. I set up the soundbar with the Bose Music app. In the app I see step by step what I have to do. The last step is an update and for me it takes about fifteen minutes. You use the soundbar when the update is ready. You will then hear a short melody as if a movie is about to start.

Usage I mainly control the soundbar with the Bose Music app. Here I personalize the sound. For example, I turn up the bass and enable AI Dialogue. I use the remote control to connect my mobile phone to the soundbar via Bluetooth. When I listen to music from my smartphone, I also control the volume with my smartphone.
