Very nice oven. This is ideal for homemade pizzas. I see and taste no difference in results between the kamado BBQ and this oven. Saves a lot of charcoal and time. The only downside I think is that if you want to bake 4 pizzas in a row at 300C. That the oven has difficulty maintaining the temperature when the oven door is opened briefly.
