The battery in the Eufy 340 doesn't charge properly at the wrong voltage/power. This is despite the green plug shown in the app instead of a battery (when running on battery power). In our case, the battery (still) drained, even though the green plug suggested otherwise. After a long search, hidden on the Eufy website, we found: you need a transformer that supplies 16-24 volts and at least 30 VA. So, there's a good chance you'll need to replace the transformer. We found one at Gamma (Ezviz), 24 V, 30 VA for 17 euros.
