Philips 5000 Series STH5030/20

The Philips Garment Steamer 5000 series exceeded my expectations. As someone who often suffers from wrinkled clothes after a busy day at work, I was looking for a quick solution. This steamer offers that – you only need 30 seconds before it is ready to use. This is a big advantage compared to traditional irons, which often take much longer to heat up.

The design of the steamer is modern and compact, which makes it not only easy to hold, but also easy to store. The ease of use is fantastic: the appliance is light and has a long cord length, so you have plenty of freedom of movement while steaming. The reservoir is large enough for multiple garments, so you don't have to keep refilling the water.

As for the result, I am also very satisfied. The powerful steam power ensures that wrinkles disappear quickly, even on difficult-to-care fabrics such as linen and cotton. It is also great for delicate fabrics like chiffon or silk – you can steam everything without the risk of burning or damaging it. Your clothes will always look fresh and smooth after use.

In summary, the Philips Garment Steamer 5000 series is an excellent choice for those looking for a fast, efficient and safe way to smooth clothes. It combines speed, ease of use and style in one.

The Philips Garment Steamer 5000 Series (STH5030/20) brings convenience and style to your at-home garment care routine. With a compact and stylish design, it’s easy to store or take with you. I’m impressed with how quickly it heats up, taking just 30 seconds to be ready, which is ideal for quick touch-ups before heading out. The steamer delivers smooth results and can easily handle light to moderate creases. While it may not replace a traditional iron for heavy fabrics, it’s ideal for a quick refresh. I’ve personally tested it out and it’s now a go-to in my garment care routine.

The Philips 5000 Series Garment Steamer (STH5030/20) Looks beautiful, the design is beautiful in terms of color and sturdiness. When unpacking, the steamer is packed in a glove that you can put on while steaming. The steamer is super handy if you want to quickly steam and smooth your clothes, this super steamer is ready to use in just 30 seconds, so it is super fast and nice if you quickly have to steam something at home or somewhere else. The instructions for use (if necessary) are also very clear and explain everything easily. The second water reservoir is very handy if you have a lot to steam.

The design is nice in the hand and the steam plate covers large areas, however, a disadvantage is the length of the power cord, it is a bit on the short side, and could have been a bit longer in my opinion. However, it should not undermine the results. Everything is quickly wrinkle-free and can be hung up nicely in the closet again. The steamer is definitely recommended after I was able to test it. Definitely worth an 8!
