It took me ages to figure out why the vibrate function wasn't working. They couldn't find it in the store either. Eventually, I received a new phone that had the same problem. I suggested resetting it to factory settings, and then it worked again. So the problem was that the phone carried over the old settings from my old devices, and you couldn't change them back to the normal settings. Ultimately, I'm happy with the phone, but I still miss a lot of calls because the vibrate function is so quiet.
