I installed this robot lawnmower within 10 minutes with the handy app. Thanks to the WiFi connection, I can turn it on from anywhere, even when I'm on vacation. Quick installation I wanted to mow the grass in my garden with this Eufy robot lawnmower. The installation went super fast. I installed the app, connected to the robot lawnmower and followed the steps. I was done with it within 10 minutes. After this, the robot lawnmower got to work immediately. I had a hard time lifting it out of the box because of the heavy weight, but after installation, lifting is no longer necessary. So you won't have any trouble with this later. App with WiFi I controlled the robot lawnmower with the app. This app works with WiFi. This allowed me to even turn it on when I was on vacation. So after the vacation, I came home to a beautifully mowed garden. I also set schedules, so that it started mowing by itself. With the camera on the robot lawnmower, I could also watch while it was mowing. This was fun to see. Convenience in the garden I let my dog run around outside without any worries while the robot mower was working. It drove around her in a curve and did not bump into her. It also avoided my trees. These are on a small slope and that was no problem either. A path runs through my garden between 2 pieces of grass. The robot mower simply drove over the stones and continued mowing on the next piece of grass. Mulching function I noticed that my lawn remained very healthy and neat between mowing. Thanks to the mulching function, the mower blows the mown grass back into my grass as nutrients. This means that my grass is well-fed and grows better. Price The robot mower is a bit expensive. However, I think it is worth it because of the many useful functions. Especially because of the app, quick installation and avoiding objects and animals.

In general a very nice robot mower which determines its own mowing area and is also easy to fine-tune but... the blades on the bottom get stuck very quickly because of the grass it mows. Especially when the grass is still a bit damp. This means the blades no longer move and you get a poor mowing result. The only way to avoid this is actually to clean the bottom after each mowing (unscrew the blades, clean them and reattach them) and that was exactly what I didn't want. I had hoped that with this robot mower I wouldn't have to look at it for weeks.

After a long wait, I received the Eufy E18. I had high expectations, since our Eufy robot vacuum cleaner also works fine. Unpacking was easy and within 15 minutes the E18 was ready to go. Creating a map in the app is completely automatic and takes some time. Then create a path to the next lawn and it reads that well too. Unfortunately, you can't adjust the map, that would really be an area for improvement. Eufy still has some work to do here! Once everything is set up correctly, it is a nice addition. You can set everything when and how it mows. The first time mowing went fine and then it returns neatly to the home base. Tip for creating the map: clearly create a separation to where the grass is. Eufy creates the map based on where the grass is. It is nice that you can also control the mower via the app and watch live via the built-in camera. Connection via BT, WiFi is okay as long as there is good reception. In case of no reception it switches to a 4g connection by the built-in module (after trial period subscription required of approx. 20 euros per year) All in all, first impression is good and the high expectations seem to be good. The problem with adjusting the floor plan still deserves some attention.
