With the WMF Profi Resist High-Sided Skillet 28cm, you can easily prepare large pieces of meat thanks to the 28cm diameter. You receive a sustainable pan. The material of the pan has 3 layers. The pan lasts longer, because the stainless steel inside protects the ceramic non-stick coating. You can also prepare ingredients easily at a high temperature without sticking. Your meat or fish dishes get a crispy crust and stay tender. The pan has a TransTherm bottom. The bottom of the pan distributes and retains the heat. This way, you can put the heat lower than with other pans, so you can save energy.
