Description

With the ACT AC7832, you can split 1 HDMI signal into 4 signals. That way, you can show images from your media player or laptop on 4 different screens. The splitter supports signals with a 4K resolution and 50Hz refresh rate. You're ensured sharp and smooth images this way, whatever you're watching. Thanks to the EDID support, the image quality is the same on all screens. You can easily mount the AC7832 to a wall with the included wall mount. This is useful when you're hanging up your screens.

It didn't mention that you can't use this to add a second monitor; you'll just end up with two or more identical images on two or more screens. That wasn't the intention. An extension with a second monitor (i.e., two different images, via a single computer) isn't even recognized as an extension with this (in Windows 11, with a recent new desktop). So the device is now redundant, and I've added a working second monitor in another way.
