We had the opportunity to test this TV for a few weeks.
This TV is in LG's high-end range, and it shows.
The TV certainly isn't cheap, but the picture quality is truly fantastic.
Image:
The contrast and brightness of this TV are truly stunning.
Thanks to the OLED screen, even regular TV shows have beautiful color and depth.
You can also see truly deep blacks on the TV, and thanks to the 144 Hz clock, there are no streaks when watching sports.
The TV has a gaming mode; I don't actually play games on it, but I did test it.
The lag is very low, and gaming is an intense experience.
Sound:
The internal speakers aren't top-notch, but honestly, this TV deserves to be connected to an external audio system, which gives you Dolby Atmos.
This gives you a cinematic experience at home.
Smart features:
LG uses its own WebOS for this, which works perfectly, and all common apps are easy to install. The remote control is nice and small and intuitive, and with the magic remote, you can also use it as a mouse pointer.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get integration with Google Home working.
Design:
The TV is very thin, with all the electronics located at the bottom, where there's a slight bulge in the housing.
We found the design sleek and easy to mount.
Conclusion:
The LG from the higher-end segment is beautifully designed and delivers a stunning picture. The AI features allow you to easily adjust the picture. It's a nice TV, but not the cheapest, and definitely worth the money.
