When I opened the box, I was immediately struck by how elegant the Moulinex Easy Fry Silence looks. This appliance is definitely a perfect fit for the countertop—even when I have guests, it looks neat and modern. After the first use, I was practically sold.
My baptism of fire was a whole chicken: after about an hour, it came out perfect—succulent, with crispy skin and that wonderful aroma you normally only find at a chicken stall. Pre-baked rolls were also ready quickly and had a nice, crispy crust. I tested bitterballen (Dutch croquettes) with the "extra crisp" function, and they certainly didn't disappoint: crispy on the outside, warm on the inside.
I also made meatballs and salmon—both were on the table in minutes and perfectly cooked. Fries with mussels? I now make those with the air fryer instead of the oven. They're quicker to cook, crispier, and it saves energy. One small drawback: the rack sometimes allows small fries to fall through. Fortunately, that same rack is incredibly easy to clean.
On hot days, we simply put the appliance outside to keep it cool inside. Meanwhile, we consider our air fryer a compact, mobile oven. I now completely understand why people are so enthusiastic about these kinds of appliances—and why some choose a double-drawer model.
In short: beautiful design, whisper-quiet, efficient, and user-friendly. Highly recommended!

A very compact air fryer. A handy display, multiple programs, and a customizable temperature. Surprisingly delicious for grilled sandwiches! Cooking is quick and easy, without preheating. Just need to get the hang of the timing, and this one will definitely be a keeper!

The appliance is easy to use, with 10 programs, almost all of which I've already tested over the past two weeks.
My favorite program is the vegetable program.
Where I used to put everything in the oven and have to stay nearby to turn the vegetables, I can now do something else.
The only thing I have to get used to with each program is the time.
I also tried a croque monsieur, and it's also delicious in the air fryer.
The extra crisp setting when you're finishing fries also delivers what it promises.
